The following terms and conditions are applicable to competitions and promotions available via the Kodak Lens website.

Competition Terms and Conditions

• The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 16 years or over, excluding employees and their families and of the Promoter, its dealers, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• Entries must be received by the closing date of the 31.12.08. By entering this prize draw, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules.
• The prize draw is only open to people who enter online at www.kodaklens.co.uk
• 3 winners will be selected at random from all entries. The process of drawing the winners at random is final and no further communication will be entered into.
• Winners names can be obtained by writing to: Signet Armorlite Europe. SA Europe House. Davy Way, Waterwells Business Park, Quedgeley, Gloucester GL2 2AS
• No cash or other alternative is available to the prizes stated in part or whole.
• The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with one of a greater or equal value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Only one entry per person.
• Third party / bulk entries will not be accepted.
• No purchase necessary.
• All entries become the property of the promoter.
• The winner consents to his/her name being published by the promoter on the Kodak Lens website and press information.

"Your World, Through Your Eyes" Competition Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are applicable to the "Your World, Through Your Eyes" artist competition.

• The competition is open to all UK residents, excluding employees of KODAK Lens Vision Centre, Signet Armorlite Europe or its suppliers.
• Entries must be received by the closing date of the 23.04.08.
• By entering this competition participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules.
• Finalist entries will be exhibited and judged at an event on 15.05.08.
• The judges' decision is final and no further correspondence regarding entries will be entered into.
• Work submitted must be the entrants own.
• Photographs submitted are non-returnable.
• Work deemed offensive or inappropriate by the judges will not be considered for entry.

• Under tens - Family days out to UK sights and attractions up to the value of £200 for 1st prize and £100 for 2nd prize

• 18+ - Private tuition from the RBSA up to the value of £300 for 1st prize and £200 for 2nd prize
• Entrants under the age of 18 must have consent to enter the competition from a parent or legal guardian

The exact offer

£10 lens upgrade offer applies to upgrades from 1.498 standard uncoated Single Vision lenses with scratch resistant coating to Kodak Thin & Lite 1.56 Index Single Vision Lenses. High index lenses available at additional prices as shown in the table below.

Free second pair of spectacles must be for the same prescription and chosen from selected range of frames and include 1.498 standard uncoated single vision lenses. Free spectacles only offered if customer purchases first pair of complete spectacles with Kodak Thin & Lite Lenses.

Bifocal and varifocal lenses.

If you pay for bifocals in your first pair of spectacles, we will provide 1.498 standard uncoated bifocals in your free second pair.

If you pay for varifocals in your first pair of spectacles, we will provide 1.498 standard uncoated varifocals in your free second pair. You can upgrade the varifocal design from £10.

Upgrading the lenses in your free second pair of spectacles

Your free second pair of spectacles can be upgraded to Kodak Thin & Lite 1.56 Single Vision Lenses for £25; to Kodak Thin & Lite 1.56 Bifocal Lenses for £30 or to Kodak Thin & Lite 1.56 Varifocal Lenses for £35 (this includes £15 for hardcoat).

Extra lens options are not included in this offer but can be added for an additional charge. See below or ask your optician for full options available.
